History The Founding of AeroLink

Aerolink training academy was established in collaboration with Global Wing Pvt. Ltd. in Lahore, Pakistan. Global Wing has been a trendsetter in IATA training and certification programs in Pakistan for the past five years, operating under the supervision of Muhammad Chaudhary, the IATA Regional Coordinator for Pakistan.

Aerolink Training Academy was founded to meet the dynamic growth of the industry by adopting the highest standards, practices, and procedures developed by IATA. Today, Aerolink is an official academic partner of IATA in Pakistan and works in alignment with Impact Directors of the United Nations, contributing to global industry development and sustainabilit

Aisha Rizwan
(CEO)

Aisha Rizwan, Chief Executive Officer of Aerolink Training Academy, is a dynamic leader driven by a passion for education, innovation, and global connectivity. She holds a degree in Economics from an agricultural university in Pakistan and brings valuable professional experience from the Beaconhouse School System, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership and academic excellence.

Her commitment to continuous learning is reflected in her diverse qualifications, including diplomas in Management Information Systems, Communication Skills, and Personality Development from Kinnaird College for Women University, Lahore, a Harvard Business Management Mentor Diploma, and internationally recognized IATA diplomas in Travel and Tourism.

With a clear vision and a people-centered approach, Aisha Rizwan leads Aerolink Training Academy with the goal of empowering future professionals, elevating industry standards, and contributing to the sustainable growth of the travel, tourism, and aviation sectors—both in Pakistan and beyond.

Shahzada Muhammad Aflatoon
(Director legal)

Shahzada Muhammad Aflatoon is a Senior Advocate, legal reformer, and distinguished bar leader with over 18 years of extensive experience in constitutional and civil litigation, criminal law, and trial advocacy. He is widely recognized for his expertise in legal advisory services, legal policy development, professional training, and mentorship.


He has actively contributed to the legal community through his work at the Lahore High Court and currently serves as Vice President of the Lahore Bar Association. In addition, he holds the position of Chairman of Jail Reforms, where he plays a key role in advancing justice, legal accountability, and systemic reform.


Shahzada Muhammad Aflatoon holds an LL.B. degree from Islamic International University and is presently pursuing a continuing diploma in Aviation Law from McGill University. His commitment to legal excellence, reform, and education reflects a deep dedication to strengthening the rule of law and supporting institutional growth at both national and international levels.

Barrister Muhammad Irfan
(Assistant Dir.Legal)

Barrister Muhammad Irfan is a High Court Advocate with over 8 years of leadership experience, specializing in advising multinational corporations, technology firms, and industrial groups on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, and international contracts.


He possesses extensive expertise in aviation law, intellectual property strategy, and legal due diligence. Barrister Irfan completed his Bar-at-Law from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London, where he developed advanced skills in drafting and interpreting international contracts and laws.


With a strong combination of legal knowledge and practical experience, he provides strategic guidance to organizations navigating complex regulatory environments and cross-border business operations, ensuring compliance, risk management, and sustainable growth.

Muhammad Rizwan
(Registrar)

Muhammad Rizwan brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, having served with leading institutions including HSBC, Citi Bank, ABN AMRO, and Dubai Islamic Bank in Pakistan.

His expertise spans compliance, anti-money laundering, and customer relationship management, working closely with Pakistan’s corporate industry across diverse segments.
In addition to his banking career, Muhammad Rizwan is an accomplished entrepreneur, running a software company that develops solutions in health software, cybersecurity, and fintech products, with operations in Ghana and Saudi Arabia.

He holds an MBA in Sales and Management, combining strategic business insight with practical industry experience to drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across financial and technology sectors.

MUHAMMAD CHAUDHRY
( Head of Training & Development)

MUHAMMAD CHAUDHRY serve as the Head of Training & Development at IATA, with the additional responsibility of Strategic Head for the Asia-Pacific region. In this dual leadership role, I oversee the design, implementation, and regional alignment of IATA’s training frameworks to ensure they meet global standards while responding to the evolving operational, regulatory, and strategic needs of the aviation industry across Asia-Pacific.

My work focuses on strengthening aviation capability through competency-based training, regulatory harmonization, and future-ready workforce development, in close coordination with airlines, civil aviation authorities, airports, and international stakeholders. I play an active role in aligning regional initiatives with ICAO SARPs, IATA global strategies, and emerging industry priorities such as safety culture, sustainability, digital transformation, and operational resilience.
